FloorCraft
Carl and Gail Olson opened FloorCraft in 1992. They started in the New London Shopping Center and quickly moved to a larger location in New London only a year later. Their need for more showroom space and greater warehouse capacity prompted them to build on Route 11 in Wilmot Flat, in 1995, where FloorCraft remains today.
Their son, Ken, and daughter-in-law, Tobyn, started full time with the company in 2001. After working hard to learn all aspects of the business, they bought FloorCraft in the fall of 2012. Ken and Tobyn have made several changes over the years but have continued to keep the same focus on customer service that FloorCraft is known for. They strive to stay up to date with new product offerings and interior aesthetic. With the goal to always offer high quality, style, design and superior service to their surrounding communities.
FloorCraft continues to be a family owned and operated business that offers quality products at everyday low prices. We are service oriented and are here to help our customers before, during, and after the sale.
Our installers are all local craftsmen — very talented and professional, with great attention to detail. You will be very comfortable with them working in your home. And of course, we guarantee all our installations!
