About FloorCraft

Carl and Gail Olson opened Floorcraft in 1992. They started in the New London Shopping Center and quickly moved to a larger location in New London only a year later. Their need for more showroom space and greater warehouse capacity prompted them to build on Route 11 in Wilmot Flat in 1995, where Floorcraft remains today.

Their son Ken and daughter-in-law Tobyn started full time with the company in 2001. After working hard to learn all aspects of the business, they bought Floorcraft in the fall of 2012.

Floorcraft is a family owned and operated business that strives to offer quality products at everyday low prices. We are service oriented and available to help our customers before, during and after the sale.

Our installers are local craftsmen – very talented and professional! You will be very comfortable with them working in your home. And of course, we guarantee all of our installations!
