A note from all of us at Floorcraft:

In a continuous effort to keep our customers and employees safe and healthy, and in cooperation with the stay at home order, FloorCraft’s showroom will temporarily be closed. Sonja and Samantha will be working remotely Monday through Friday to coordinate with all new and existing customers. They will be available via phone and email to provide product information, helpful links and guidance through the selection and ordering process. Additionally, we are still happy to arrange curbside pick-up of samples or deliveries so that our clients can continue to view products in person.

You may also call the showroom and leave a message at 603-526-2600. We will be checking the voice mail regularly and will return your call just as soon as we are able.

We are hoping to begin on-site measures again in the very near future. If you have inquired about having a job measured, we will be contacting you shortly. If you have not previously spoken to us about measuring but would like us to come and look at your areas, please contact either Sonja or Samantha with your information and we will fill out the appropriate forms. We will contact you to schedule an appointment once the restrictions are lifted.

FloorCraft will be continuing to place orders not only for installed materials but for cash and carry items as well. Clients who have ordered materials and received notification that they are available for pick up should email or call to schedule an appointment to obtain their materials. We strongly encourage our clients to consider payment over the phone, via credit card to minimize the amount of cash transactions. All check payments will need to be written out ahead of time.

If you are a customer who has placed an order for installed materials, and you have been contacted with an installation date Ken will be touching base very soon to provide you with an update. If you are a customer who does not currently have an installation date scheduled but have questions on how this will affect you, please contact us.

Your support is paramount to the success of our business. Please know that we are ready and willing to adapt or modify our current proceedings to be able to serve your needs in whatever capacity you are most comfortable with. Especially during these unprecedented times, we welcome all questions, comments and suggestions—so please do not hesitate to reach out!

We are anxious to be able to serve you, our community, and friends. We will be continually monitoring the situation and will be exploring new ways to do business while providing a continuously safe shopping environment.
